All-Butter Pie Crust


Follow these few easy steps to make an easy and delicious pie crust for use in your favorite pie

1.5 c flour; 2 tbsp sugar; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 c cold butter, diced; 3 tbsp ice water 

Put everything but the water into a food processor 

Pulse a few times until it looks like coarse meal 

Add the water and process until the dough forms into a ball 

Dump the dough ball onto a floured surface 

Divide the ball in half. Roll each half into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze at least an hour before using in your favorite recipe
