Urban seems to be a pretty straight up guy and is pretty candid where the team and the program are, and are headed.  He has confidence that we now have a program.  He trusts the guys waiting in the wings.  Dynasty?  We'll see, but I bet it is a fun next couple of years!

The scoop on Charlie is that he has a white wife.  It seems that most schools are not ready for that controversy.  It is sad but that is the prevailing line of thinking.
